Welcome to WeightSherpa. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the WeightSherpa website located at weightsherpa.com (the “Site”), operated by Fiat Growth, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WeightSherpa, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Disclosure Policy, and our Medical Disclaimer. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

WeightSherpa is an independent health and wellness education platform focused on the GLP-1 and weight-management category. We provide articles, guides, comparison tools, calculators, eligibility checkers, and curated information about medications and telehealth programs to help users make informed decisions. The Site also includes an AI-powered matching tool (“Sherpa Matcher”) and an AI chat assistant for general educational purposes. WeightSherpa is not a healthcare provider, telehealth platform, pharmacy, or insurance provider, and does not prescribe, dispense, or sell medications.

3. Not Medical Advice

All content on WeightSherpa — including articles, comparison tables, drug pages, eligibility checkers, calculators, Matcher results, and AI chat responses — is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, does not create a doctor-patient relationship, and is not a substitute for professional medical judgment, diagnosis, or treatment.

WeightSherpa uses artificial intelligence (“AI”) and automated technology to assist in the creation, compilation, and updating of content on this Site. This section explains how we use AI and what that means for you.

4.1 Content Creation

Some content on WeightSherpa — including articles, guides, drug overviews, comparison tables, FAQs, and educational materials — is created with the assistance of generative AI technology. AI may be used for research, initial drafting, data compilation, and content structuring. All AI-assisted content that addresses clinical or safety-sensitive topics is reviewed, edited, fact-checked against authoritative sources (including FDA labeling and peer-reviewed literature), and approved by human members of our editorial team before publication.

4.2 Author Profiles & Editorial Representation

Some author names and profile images displayed on WeightSherpa are editorial avatars that represent the collective work of our editorial team rather than a single individual. These avatars are used for consistency and branding purposes. The content attributed to these profiles is produced through a combination of AI-assisted drafting and human editorial oversight, review, and fact-checking. All published content reflects real human judgment, research, and editorial decision-making, regardless of the byline. Clinical content is reviewed by or under the supervision of personnel with relevant healthcare or scientific background; however, that review does not establish a provider-patient relationship with you.

4.3 Sherpa Matcher & AI Chat

The Sherpa Matcher and any AI chat features on WeightSherpa are powered by artificial intelligence. They provide general health and product-category education only. They are not licensed clinicians, do not diagnose conditions, and do not provide personalized medical advice, prescriptions, or treatment recommendations. Outputs may be incomplete, out of date, or incorrect. You are responsible for independently verifying any information before acting on it and for consulting a qualified healthcare provider. Conversations with our AI tools may be logged to improve service quality, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4.4 Editorial Standards

Regardless of whether content is AI-assisted or entirely human-written, all content published on WeightSherpa is held to the same editorial standards for accuracy, fairness, and usefulness. Our editorial process includes topic research and outline creation, content drafting (which may use AI assistance), human editorial review and fact-checking, verification of clinical claims against FDA labeling and peer-reviewed sources, and ongoing updates to reflect current information.

4.5 What We Do Not Do with AI

We do not use AI to generate fake patient reviews, testimonials, or user-generated content. We do not use AI to generate fabricated endorsements or fake clinician quotes. We do not use AI to provide individualized medical recommendations. All patient stories, testimonials, and case studies on the Site are based on actual experiences and are disclosed as such.

5. Affiliate Relationships & Compensation

WeightSherpa earns revenue through affiliate commissions, referral fees, and paid partnerships when you click a link, sign up, or complete a purchase with one of our partners (which may include telehealth platforms, compounding pharmacies, coaching programs, and other health-related services). These partnerships do not cost you anything extra. Affiliate compensation does not influence our editorial content, ratings, rankings, or recommendations. 6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property on the Site are owned by or licensed to Fiat Growth, LLC. Third-party drug names, program names, and logos remain the property of their respective owners and are referenced for identification and comparison purposes only; their appearance on WeightSherpa does not imply endorsement by or affiliation with those third parties unless expressly stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on WeightSherpa without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use such as printing an article for your own reference.

7. User Accounts & Conduct

If you create an account on WeightSherpa, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, interfere with the proper functioning of the Site, submit false or misleading information to our tools or forms, or use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the Site without our written permission. You must not upload or share protected health information about any individual other than yourself without that individual’s authorization.

8. Third-Party Links, Providers & Services

The Site contains links to third-party websites, products, programs, pharmacies, and services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, clinical practices, availability, pricing, or outcomes of any third-party site or provider. Clicking an affiliate or external link may take you to a site governed by different terms and privacy policies. Any transaction, consultation, prescription, fulfillment, or treatment you enter into with a third party is solely between you and that third party. We encourage you to carefully review the terms, privacy policy, licensure, and clinical policies of any third-party provider before providing personal or health information or completing a transaction.

9. Accuracy of Information & Limitation of Liability

While we strive for accuracy, content on WeightSherpa — whether AI-assisted or human-written — may contain errors, outdated information, or omissions. Drug approvals, labeling, availability (including shortage status), pricing, insurance coverage, and program terms change frequently and without notice. Compounded and off-label information is especially volatile and subject to regulatory change. We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Site or from any action taken (or not taken) based on that information.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy of content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fiat Growth, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages (including damages for personal injury, adverse health outcomes, lost profits, or lost data) arising from or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations on liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fiat Growth, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any rights of another party, or your reliance on Site content in making health-related decisions.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to WeightSherpa at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will remain in effect, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute-resolution provisions.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, unless you and Fiat Growth, LLC mutually agree otherwise. You and we waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes may be communicated via email or a notice on the Site. Your continued use of WeightSherpa after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
